Shift to an Attitude of Gratitude

This month, I invite you to raise your vibration to change your world and the world itself with my
Awaken, Transform, and Surrender to Gratitude Challenge
This challenge begins today! We will practice together for the next 21 days and shift our mind, body, spirit, and energy to a vibration of gratitude.
Yes! By the end of this challenge, you will FEEL the energy of gratitude dancing in every cell of your body, you will experience the energy of gratitude in your life and relationships. You will ooze gratitude no matter what is going on around you. And you will feel great, more empowered, and more free.
I promise this is possible when you do this month’s practice.
Let’s get started.
- Call to mind a situation with another person that weighs heavy on your heart. Bring to mind all the details that are upsetting you, making you feel mad or frustrated or negative, and simply FEEL them in your mind and body.
- Drop into your heart. Then, rate your situation on a scale of 1-10 (1 being awful and 10 being blissful). Just give it a guesstimate. Jot that number down.
- Beginning this week, I invite you to listen to the song Grateful by St. Finnikin once daily for the next 21 days. I play it on repeat a few times throughout the day. It is only 2:33 minutes long, so you have the time; I know you do!
That’s it!
That’s your practice for the next 21 days. Just listen to this song AT LEAST once per day.
Pro Tip: I highly recommend you listen more, and it’s even more effective when you listen just before going to bed and right when you wake up.
This simple practice has been the magical medicine I’ve needed to navigate all that is going on in the world “out there” and all that is going on in my world at home. I can feel every cell in my body reorganizing, and it feels incredibly empowering.
