First Quarter Round Up

Hey there!
As we wrap up the first quarter of 2025, I thought I’d share a little behind-the-scenes of what I’ve been up to—and trust me, it’s been a full and fulfilling few months!
🌴 Travel & Training
In early February, I spent an incredible week at Blue Spirit Retreat Center in Costa Rica. I had the privilege of diving deep into Trauma & The Internal Family Systems Model, Recovery, and Somatic Intelligence alongside brilliant minds like Richard C. Schwartz, PhD, Arielle Schwartz, PhD, Luis Mojica, SEP, Deran Young, LCSW, MPA, and Deborah Sandella, PhD, MSN. It was a beautiful and transformative experience, both personally and professionally. I can’t wait to weave what I’ve learned into my teachings and share more with you over the coming months.

P.S. This year I have set an intention for more fun, play and work life balance. To the end, I also made sure to squeeze in some fun and relaxation with a trip to Ojai for a yoga and pickleball retreat with my husband hosted by my longtime yoga teacher and friend, Amy Owen. It was such a refreshing experience to balance movement, mindfulness, and a little bit of play. How are you finding the balance in your life these days?
