Faith = Freedom
March 2, 2024
Have you ever found yourself gripping tightly to control in your relationships—trying to predict outcomes, fix problems, or shield yourself from disappointment?
This is where faith comes in.
Faith isn’t just about spirituality or belief—it’s a practice of trusting in the unknown, staying open even when things feel uncertain, and surrendering to the truth that you don’t have to have all the answers to move forward.
This month, I am exploring faith as a foundation for conscious relationships—not blind optimism, but the deep trust that allows us to navigate relationships with courage, presence, and resilience.
Have A Little Faith
In this week’s VLOG, I dive into:
✨ What faith really means in the context of relationships
✨ Why surrendering control can create more connection, not less
✨ How to cultivate faith, even in challenging moments
