As we continue our journey of cultivating faith, let’s take a moment to pause, breathe, and nurture the trust within ourselves. 

Meditation isn’t just a practice for relaxation—it’s a powerful tool for transformation. 

Studies show that regular meditation can reduce stress by up to 40%, lower anxiety levels, and even increase feelings of self-compassion and trust in oneself.
