Let’s face it, what you want around the holiday table is not always what you get when it comes to family time.

Rather than spinning your wheels trying to get everyone around you to ‘behave’ this year, treat yourself to some self-empowerment.

Claiming your Peace is an inside job and starts with you, but it does not start in the moment of stress or chaos. It is a practice that begins with building your awareness.

    • Moms passive-aggressive remarks as she passes the stuffing
    • One more COVID conversation 😩
    • “What are you doing with your life?”  questions
    • Watching you siblings or your parents go at it again
