The Woman Behind the Mother

There is a question most women never get asked
Who is taking care of you?

A live-only online gathering to explore how to be a fully expressed woman in a culture designed to suppress you.

The Problem

From toddlers to teens to young adults to grandkids — to mothering your partner and aging parents.

It feels like everything depends on you.
And everyone is getting mothered, except YOU.

Women who mother have been carrying the load for far too long, losing themselves in the shuffle.

Your wants, needs, and desires, left unmet. Your voice, getting smaller.
Leaving you drained, depleted, and discouraged.

And somewhere in all of that giving, all of that holding, all of that keeping it all together — the woman underneath gets lost.

Who This Is For

If you are tired of being trapped in roles that don’t allow you to be fully expressed, honored, and heard — and you need and desire more — you belong in this room.

This gathering is for you whether you are in the thick of it — mothering little ones, teenagers, or young adults — on the other side of it navigating an empty nest, supporting your daughter as she becomes a mother herself, or somewhere in between, quietly reinventing who you are now that the roles are shifting.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Inspired by the national film No Country for Mothers, together we will explore how to be a fully expressed and empowered woman in a culture systematically designed to suppress you.

Where it begins — the moment you become a mother and what happens to your needs, your body, and your agency from that threshold forward

The woman underneath the roles, who you are before the world told you who to be

The body, desire, and aliveness that gets buried under the weight of mothering

The relationships meant to nourish you, and what gets in the way of being truly met

The power of grief; what gets released and what is waiting to be revealed underneath it.

Meet Your Facilitator & Panelists

Joining me is a carefully curated panel of extraordinary female leaders who have walked this path and are committed to helping women come home to themselves.

Hi, I’m Annmarie,

I’m a Conscious Relationship Coach, Speaker, and Author. But first and foremost, I’m a mother, a daughter, a sister, a partner. A woman.
For years, I was caught in the same trap. Drained by all the roles I was playing and by patterns I didn’t even know I was repeating.

When I woke up and began to reclaim my agency, my authority, and my power — everything shifted. My relationships changed. My life expanded.

I believe the same is possible for you. I believe that your relationships are portals to healing and to coming home to your truest most empowered self.

This gathering is the beginning of a larger conversation about what it means to be a fully expressed woman in a culture designed to suppress you — and how to reclaim yourself from the inside out. That’s what I want for you.

FAQs

Is this event really free?

Yes. This is a free gathering for women who are ready to explore this conversation. Our mission is to reach as many women as possible and create a movement around the reclamation of the feminine.

Who should attend?

This gathering is for any woman who has felt lost inside her roles — whether you’re in the thick of motherhood, navigating an empty nest, or somewhere in between. You don’t need to be a parent to benefit from this work. If you’re a woman who knows there is more waiting for her, this is for you.

What's the format?

This is a facilitated conversation led by Annmarie Chereso, with a panel of guest experts. You will experience teaching, film clips, panel conversations, and lots of time for reflection and witnessing each other.

What if I can't attend live?

This is a live event only! I’ve created a unique and highly valuable experience. I hope to see you there live.

Do I need to have seen the film "No Country for Mothers"?

No. You don’t need to have seen the film to attend and get tremendous value from this gathering. We will use select clips as a springboard for our conversation, and the majority of our time will be spent exploring what it means to reclaim yourself and come home to your true power.

Will there be a way to connect with other women after the event?

Yes! Opportunities for deeper involvement are available through my online workshops, courses, and future events. Make sure you join my Facebook community too! Details provided in your confirmation email.

You’ve mastered the art of caring for others.
